OVNI - Visitors

I always wondered what the inside of an interstellar alien spaceship would look like after seeing some documentary about catlle mutilation events which suggest alien involvement. That got me thinking what could possibly be behind this well know and documented phenomenon. This is my impression of a scientific exploration group of grey aliens from Zeta Riticuli tasked with collecting biological specimens and dna from multiple 'alien' species to for research. The alien design is based on the infamous 'Skinny Bob alien' video. They arrive on a huge mothership in the shape of a giant cigar shaped ufo. 
The ship is made up of three different sections : 
Upper deck: Place where the captain and navigator are seated and command the rest of the ship from there. Although the ship is made out of an unknown alien metal is is able to become fully transparant like glass as well as certain parts of the middle deck. The Upper deck also has a glass inner window allowing for a clear 360 view of the middle deck. 
Middle deck: Place where the engineers, scientist and mechanics work. Here are comtainment and research cells, biolab, surveillance systems, bodyscanlab and stealth countermeasures and weapons operators. 
Lower deck: A circular propulsion system is housed which extend to 15 seperate gravtiy nullifiers which can extend and protrude through the fueselage in different flight modes. The circular nature is a conscequence of having a 'tractor beam' system which enables the ship to collect and pull biological beings up into the ship while incapicating them completely. The tractor beam system is basically and inverted version the the gravity nullifiers.
